Can I place an order?
The products currently displayed are preview samples marked “Coming soon.” We are not accepting orders or payments yet. Product images and USD prices are illustrative; final contents, specifications, availability and prices will be confirmed before sales begin.
Where will you deliver?
We plan to ship physical products from Tianjin, China, and are preparing our first release for customers in the United States. Available destinations and address restrictions will be confirmed before orders open. Shipping charges, carriers and delivery estimates are still being confirmed. Choosing a website language does not change the delivery area.
Shipping costs and delivery times
We will publish the available delivery services, shipping charges, order preparation time and estimated transit time before you can order. No delivery date or shipping price has been confirmed for these preview products.
Taxes and import charges
Any applicable tax or import-charge arrangements will be explained before sales begin. No tax-inclusive or duty-paid shipping service is currently advertised.
Returns and order support
Before we accept orders, we will publish the return window, eligible items, return process, responsibility for return shipping costs and refund arrangements. For now, please use our contact page for product and launch questions.
