DOOUYOU’s current 10 products are display previews marked “Coming soon.” We are not accepting orders or payments. The displayed images and USD prices are illustrative.
Returns and refunds
Before we accept orders, we will publish the return request period, eligible conditions and exclusions, how to request a return, the confirmed return address, responsibility for return shipping costs, and refund arrangements. No return window, prepaid return service or refund processing time has been announced for these preview products.
Please contact us before sending any item. Our published contact address is not a confirmed return destination. If you have a question about a payment or believe you were charged in error, contact us with the relevant information so we can investigate. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Community pattern downloads are digital files, not orders for physical beads or boards. For a problem with a community file, a permission concern or a request to withdraw your work, contact DOOUYOU and identify the relevant work.
